Tapovan
Tapovan is known for the natural spring. Where hot water comes out from the earth. Many believes that it has the medicinal properties .Hot Spring has good height suitable for bathing purpose also.
This sacred hot water springs then are believed to have mending powers and people come to take holy dips.
Tapovana, near Yesthivana, ( ultramodern Jethiana) where King Bimbisara met Lord Buddha. Hiuen Tsang took a sacred trip to the two hot water aqueducts of Tapovana that were formed and blessed by the Buddha.

Tapovana has numerous natural hot springs and is about 20 kms south of Rajgir on the old route from Gaya to Rajgir. It was one of the favorite places of Buddha.
